DISTRIBUTION CABINETS KB-W

Free-standing KBW distribution cabinets are made of cold-rolled sheet steel DC-01, and electrostatically plasticized using RAL 7035 structural colour.

Basic cabinet construction is made of sheet steel 2mm thick.

Top plate has 1, 2, 3 or 4 openings with the dimensions 123 x 208 mm, depending on cabinet width.

The openings are closed with covers OK – W, cable glands UK – W or ventilation covers. At customer’s request cabinets can also be made without the opening on the top plate.

Back and side plates are made of sheet steel 1.5 mm thick and they are fixed with 6 self-drilling screws M4, 8×19.

The cabinet door is made of sheet steel 2 mm thick, with perforated omega reinforcement at door frame.

The door is secured with four-point locking system. Single-door cabinet construction enables door position changes, so it can be left or right hinged.

Bottom plate has an opening which is covered with zinc-coated movable panels, 1.5 mm thick.

Distribution cabinets are delivered together with a base for floor mounting. The base is made of coldrolled sheet steel 2mm thick and painted in smooth, half-matt black colour RAL 9005. The base is 100 mm high and on its bottom there are openings for floor fastening.

On request:

–  5mm-thick tempered glass can be put on the door,

–  ventilation openings can be made,

–  a segmented base can be delivered, instead of a welded one.

Distribution cabinets can be mounted side by side, with one pair of side plates.
